Блок-контейнер под склад AGANAR обеспечит организацию рабочего пространства в месте строительства жилья, на территории КПП, на предприятии. Контейнер может служить в качестве блока, в котором будет храниться инвентарь, рабочие инструменты, оборудование, стройматериалы. Еще конструкция может использоваться как специальное помещение для работников.

Благодаря блочно-модульной сборной конструкции обеспечивается быстрая установка объекта на любой территории. Контейнер можно перевезти на другое место.

В модульный блок-контейнер под склад AGANAR включен металлический каркас (выполнен из горячекатаной стали) с обрешеткой из дерева. Постройку обшивают при помощи 3-слойных стеновых сэндвич-панелей, состоящих из оцинкованного листа, минваты и внешнего покрытия, обработанного полимерной краской из палитры RAL. Но есть возможность выбора и другого материала для фасада, например, оцинкованный профлист. На полу находится влагостойкая плита OSB, на которую легко стелется линолеум, ламинат. Отделка внутри блок-контейнера выполняется с учетом предпочтений клиента – используется МДФ, ДСП, вагонка, ПВХ.

В конструкции ставятся окна из дерева, ПВХ, которые отличаются размерами. К примеру, предлагается 2-3-створчатое окно с однокамерным стеклопакетом. Створки бывают глухими либо с поворотно-откидной системой. Благодаря двери из металла с врезным замком гарантируется безопасность. Сквозь нее не проникает холод, поскольку конструкция тщательно утеплена.

Блок-контейнер под склад может эксплуатироваться при следующих условиях:

  • температура в пределах -40 - +45 градусов;
  • запрещено размещение открытого огня;
  • не допустимо изменение конструктивных характеристик помещения.

Сооружению не страшны никакие погодные условия, в том числе град, сильный ветер, снегопад. Постройка тщательно утеплена, оснащена паро-, звукоизоляцией.

Чтобы установить модульный блок-контейнер под склад AGANAR потребуется подготовка фундамента с 6 опорными точками. Необходимо ориентироваться на климатические особенности территории, грунт, глубину промерзания, допустимые нагрузки на землю. Минимальное расстояние между опорами составляет 200 х 200 мм.

Модульные офисы востребованы благодаря тому, что для их размещения не нужно получать разрешительную документацию. Объекты не включают в Росреестр, и им не требуется юридическое оформление.
